S.Trade was designated by the Ministry of Commerce,
Industry and Energy as a link to support overseas market
penetration of Korean small and medium auto parts manufacturing
companies, and as the managing entity of the Korean Pavilion participating in overseas exhibition.
The autoparts sector is the heart of the automobile industry,
one of the top industries in Korea. In the past, a stable
supply was guaranteed under a perpendicular supply system
with the automakers as the center. However, recent proliferation
of global outsourcing by domestic and international automakers
has pressed Korean auto parts companies to seek ways in which to survive.
Furthermore, expansion of global outsourcing by internationally
renowned automakers is expected to open up opportunities
for active small and medium auto parts manufacturing companies
desiring overseas market penetration.
In Northeast Asia, unlike North America and
Europe, the auto industry has maintained continuous growth.
It is predicted that in the near future, Northeast Asia
will rise as the world's major automobile industry, rising
above those of North America and Europe.

and EQUIPAUTO of Europe, advance automakers in Northeast Asia are continuously penetrating into China
